REMINISCING 101: UNEXPECTED NEW COMPANY

More than 7 months had passed since these people entered my life without me expecting them to be. I felt uneasy at first, thought that they will just be the set of people that I'll be with because I have to not because I want to. Days became weeks and I'm still striving to get along with them but it seemed my positivity became weary letting my self just go with the current because it is a setting that I can no longer escape. Still, I'm happy.

This is reality. Meeting new people doesn't mean that you will easily love being with them. It takes time. And yes, after working with them for months, I started to enjoy their company. No more uneasy feeling, no more regrets. :) Slowly, I was able to know them more and now I was looking forward to our day-to-day meeting. Unexpected things do happen. :)

Sleepless nights for the nth time. :))
Look, we've been through a lot. And it makes me sad that we have to face another reality but the only thing we can do is to accept and continue what we have started. It only means that we're getting stronger and tighter. Yes it is difficult, the pressure is on but I know that we'll be able to conquer this. :") Saniban na sana ako(tayo?) ng kasipagan at ng magagandang ideas. :)))) Let's be optimist and move at the same time. Don't give up. Fight! \m/

A DAY SPENT AT CITRONNELLE SPA & CAFÉ

We’ve been so busy these past few months and since most of our duties and appointments ended last week, my friends and I decided to treat ourselves! Yay. :) We went to Citronelle Spa and Cafe to have a day-off from our usual tiring routine.

The place was so calming and the minty scent really caught my attention. I was so curious and I was just so excited to try their services! ;-) They have this promo during weekdays, 200 php for an hour Swedish or Shiatsu massage from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.  Perfect for everyone, particularly for students like us!

We tried the Swedish massage which is more on long, flowing strokes.  This kind of massage is known for being helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness and promoting relaxation. Ohh! My back pain was so ready to be kneaded. Para matanggal daw yung lamig sa katawan. Ha-ha!

Mik and Jeck before their massage. Happy faces. :)
It was so relaxing, the pressure is just right and the masseuse, ate Janice, was so accommodating. Thumbs up!

After the massage, Pau and I tried their facial while Mik and Jeck were into body scrub.  Facial was a painful experience for me since they will remove your whiteheads, I was just full of positivism about the result that I ended finishing the session. No pain, no gain as they say.

After the session. Voila! Feeling fresh and clean.
We finished at around 2pm, physically rejuvenated but our stomach was growling out of hunger. Good thing this isn’t just a spa but a café as well. It was a good thing that we wouldn’t be spending so much time just to find other place to eat. Take note, some of the masseurs were the ones who prepared the food! Very multi-tasking! :)

They are also serving coffee and wines. The balcony is open and they have bar tables as well – a perfect place to stay and relax after having their service. Citronnelle Spa also has wifi connection! You can surf the net while waiting and chilling with your friends.

This Spa doesn’t only offer good services but also staffs that are very lively, well-oriented and really accommodating! It’s a good decision that we ended choosing Citronnelle Spa.

I really had a great day with my friends plus the experience was awesome!
